María Cecilia has focused her professional career on corporate, commercial, and tax law, advising both domestic and foreign companies, as well as families and individuals, on structuring their investments and planning and implementing corporate and tax structures. He also has experience in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
