EXPERIENCE
Pedro Pablo has extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and tax law, among other areas.
He has focused his professional practice on advising both national and foreign companies in structuring their investments, Due Diligence processes, Mergers and Acquisitions, complex commercial contracting, and tax and financial structuring of their operations. Additionally, he has significant experience advising startups as well as families and high-net-worth individuals on their own investments and legal and corporate structures.
Before founding SPG, he worked as a partner at Lavín Abogados y Consultores, leading the corporate area of that firm, and also led the legal services area at EY Chile.
Furthermore, he has served as secretary and board member for various companies, including operational subsidiaries of publicly traded corporations.
