EXPERIENCE
Roberto has focused his professional practice in the area of Regulatory Law, especially in matters of energy and natural resources. He advises important local and foreign companies on electrical, territorial management, mining, and environmental matters.
He has extensive experience in the processing of electrical concessions, negotiations for the establishment of easements, mining rights, due diligence reports for solar, wind, electrical transmission, energy storage, and desalination projects, as well as in project financing and high complexity contracts for construction and infrastructure.
He has represented clients in administrative and judicial-administrative procedures, and also constantly advises the development managements of companies in the processing of strategic permits and authorizations for solar, wind, electrical transmission, storage, and desalination projects.
Prior to founding SPG, he served as a partner at Lavín Abogados y Consultores in charge of the energy and natural resources area of that firm and led the Legal Management of the SIC-SING Interconnection Project.
